We offer a same day service for all orders placed before 12 PM (UK time). All our deliveries offer tracking to ensure maximum satisfaction with your order. We will always upload your tracking number when you order from us and as soon as possible. For our deliveries within the UK, we use Royal Mail and their Royal Mail Tracked 48® service and these deliveries are free of charge. Should you wish to, you have the possibility to have your order delivered faster (Royal Mail Tracked 24®, Signed For service, or Express service), at an additional cost. Before ordering, simply go to the 'Postage and payments' section and choose the relevant shipping option from our listing before purchasing. If you have any concerns at all regarding your order and after you have ordered, you can always contact us at any time and we will immediately provide you with some more detailed information.

Please kindly keep in mind delays with the tracking information can sometimes arise for technical reasons that are out of our control as a business. Such errors however do not mean your item is not already on its way.
DELIVERY ADDRESS & DELIVERY DAYS
We will dispatch your order to the address chosen during the checkout process. We do not dispatch items during weekends or bank holidays (we are open from Monday to Friday). We always process your order right away. However, we are not responsible for carrier transit time.
FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERIES
Please note you should not refuse delivery, but should contact us in the event of the parcel/products being damaged (please find more information under the 'Returns & Replacements' section). We send all our items in postal boxes or robust padded envelopes to ensure maximum protection of the products, so this clearly should not happen frequently at all. Our products are always protected by a plastic bag too (inside the package).
NON-DELIVERY & DELIVERIES TO REMOTE AREAS
In case of a non-delivery, please contact us and we will endeavour to find the reason for the delay. Please wait at least 7 working days of the date when the goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received before contacting us for a non-delivery and after having checked your order is neither with your neighbour(s) nor at your local delivery office. Thank you.
In order to deter unscrupulous claims and thereby maintain our competitive prices for our honest customers all claims for non-delivery will be investigated with the Post Office before any refund being issued. If your item does not arrive, we will simply ask you to add your details to a post office claim form so Royal Mail can check the delivery status first, and possible delivery problems in your area. Thank you for your understanding.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, to the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may take slightly longer than 'classic' deliveries. For these specific areas, please allow 10 working days from the date of dispatch before querying a delivery. Thank you.
ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES (delivery aims: 1 working day for Royal Mail Tracked 24®, 3 working days for Royal Mail Tracked 48®) - UK
As mentioned above, if you wish to, you can require a faster delivery at an additional cost.
The services we are using are either Royal Mail Tracked 24® or Royal Mail Tracked 48® stamps (always 'Signed For'). Please note that a signature will be required. The 24 service aims to deliver your product the next working day (Monday-Saturday excluding bank holidays) and the 48 service within 3 working days.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a card in your post advising they have taken the item to your local delivery office (they will not leave the item in what is considered a ‘safe place’ unless you leave a visible note for the postman who will personally decide whether he wishes to do it or not, every postman is different). You will then be able to collect the item 24 hours after the unsuccessful attempt or simply arrange re-delivery within 48 hours online (you can do it by clicking here). For your information, your product will be held for 18 days in your local delivery office (awaiting collection/redelivery). If the item is not collected or redelivered within the 18 days then the item will automatically be returned to our fulfillment centre (we will then contact you when we receive it). Please note that you will need to allow the time stipulated on the card before collecting, this can be anything up to 48 working hours.
With their 'Tracked' service, Royal Mail may also leave the item with a neighbour providing you do not have a visible 'Delivery to a neighbour opt out' sticker. If this happens then you will be left a card indicating where the item has been left.
With the 'Tracked' service, please note that redeliveries can requested up to three times. If on the third delivery attempt there is no answer, Royal Mail will automatically return the item to our fulfillment centre. We will then contact you.
Please note Royal Mail Tracked® is not what Royal Mail considers a guaranteed service (it 'only' has what they call a 'delivery aim'). We always process your order right away. However, we are not responsible for carrier transit time and when delays do happen, it is totally out of our control as a company. Thank you for your understanding.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (delivery aim: 3 to 5 working days for Western Europe, 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world)
We ship worldwide (tracked deliveries only). As with the UK, we offer a same day service for all international orders placed before 12 PM (UK time). We use Royal Mail only for our international deliveries, either with their 'International Tracked & Signed' service, their 'International Tracked' service or with their 'International Signed' service (the type of service depends on the country the item will be delivered to, in any case it will ensure a very reliable delivery).
Please note that our prices include the delivery to your country, as well as shipping and handling. They do not include import duties and taxes. Please do anticipate these small, additional charges. Thank you.
