HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

An email must be sent to us before sending back any goods (whether it is for a full refund, a replacement or in the rare occurrence a faulty item was sent to you). 

The process of returning an item could not be simpler: please notify us by email and leave a very simple note inside the returned package stating the reason for the return, your full name, your requirements - full refund, replacement or faulty item - and simply send the item(s) back to us. Any returned item received 30 days after the dispatch date will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. Please kindly refer to the 'Refund conditions' section on this page to learn more about our terms regarding refunds.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR GOODS, PLEASE EXAMINE THEM

All items we send are examined to ensure they are 100% perfect before dispatch. However, you shall examine the goods immediately when they are delivered to you. Always keep the original packing (if applicable) for at least 30 days. 


REPLACEMENTS

Please kindly note that if you wish to exchange a purchased item because it does not fit, the cost of returning it to us will be at your expense as we always strive to be as precise as possible in our product pages when it comes to the products we sell. Detailed measurements are provided on all of our product pages. 

Should you wish a replacement product to be sent to you, we will kindly ask you to reorder another size from our listing for stock management reasons. The item that did not fit will then be refunded in full when we receive it (provided it is in a resalable condition, please see below under the 'Refund conditions' section). Thank you for your understanding.


FREE RETURNS SERVICE: HOW IT WORKS (in case of picking errors, damage in transit or faulty items)

If the items we sent you are faulty, incorrect or damaged, we will offer a free returns service and will be happy to refund/exchange your item - including delivery costs - as long as you contact us within 30 days of the date of dispatch. 

In this case, please kindly note we will only refund postage up to the value of the original postage charged.


WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM/SEVERAL ITEMS ARE MISSING?

In the case you placed an order for several products and that an item is missing, please kindly let us know about it via email within 30 days of the date of dispatch and we will send you your item(s)/issue you a refund - if not in stock anymore - as soon as we hear from you and after we have contacted our courier if we judge it necessary. 


REFUND CONDITIONS

When you return a parcel to us, please pack it securely as we do not take liability in the event of damage or loss. The sender is responsible for ensuring we receive the parcel therefore we advise that you ensure your parcel and that it is covered for the value of its contents. It will be impossible for us to refund you if we do not receive the item.

All items are to be returned in their original condition with all tags attached (if applicable). All returned items received which are not in their original condition will be returned back to you. All returns should be in pristine, re-salable condition for a refund to be granted. Unfortunately, we do not 'rent' garnments. If there is any smell of perfume, any stain(s) or any simple doubts that the item has been worn/used for a night out for example, you will not be refunded. This may sound strict, but we have to be strict to maintain our competitive prices for our honest customers. We would strongly advise you not to wear any strong perfume before trying on any product. Thank you very much for your understanding. 

If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty 30 days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation. For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please kindly note refunds will be made back to the original payment used only. If you live overseas and in the case we have sent you a wrong item, we will only pay for an economy return. 

In case of a return, we will contact you/process your request immediately upon receipt of your parcel. However, please kindly allow a 14 days turnaround from the day we receive the item to redelivery (if you paid for a replacement). An email must be sent to us before sending back any goods.
