Returning an item is free of charge and could not be simpler!

We offer free returns and replacements for all UK orders. As well as a 30 day guarantee applying to all purchases without exception. Please click here to learn more. Please kindly note we do not offer free international return shipping unfortunately.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. An email must be sent to us before sending back any goods please (whether it is for a full refund, a replacement or in the rare occurrence a faulty item was sent to you). You can contact us here. 

2. Kindly make sure the item is in its original plastic bag and that the barcode is still visible on the bag. It will allow us to process your return more quickly.

3. Leave a very simple note inside the returned package stating your full name, the order date, the reason for the return and your requirements - refund or replacement - and simply find our Free Post return label (this can be found on your dispatch note received with your order). 


4. Simply stick the label to the parcel or large letter you received or wish to use for your return.

5. Drop the parcel off at your local Post Office or at a Royal Mail drop-off point.

That's it! Then all you have to do is just wait for us to contact you to confirm the return has been processed and the refund issued. 

Royal Mail have the largest network of drop-off points across the UK, including over 11,500 Post Office® branches, and it is easier than ever for you to return an item.

We have a second alternative which is more time-consuming but offering a tracked service if you do not wish to use our own return label: you can go to the Royal Mail website here, click on 'F', search for 'FD&K', click on the link you find and fill out the form. A label will then be generated.

For your information, our Free Post return label is not a tracked service, unfortunately. We would recommend you to always use the Royal Mail website for your returns as this option offers a tracked delivery and as we do not take liability in the event of damage or loss for items our customers are returning to us. 

Any returned item received 30 days after the dispatch date will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. Please kindly refer to the 'Refund conditions' section on this page to learn more about our terms regarding refunds. Thank you.

We aim to process refunds within ten working days when returned items are received. Most of the time, it will be quicker than ten working days. If the item is returned 'as new', please rest assured you will receive a full refund. Please kindly note we will not respond to messages from customers 'chasing' us for refunds. We know you want your money back, but we also need time to process your return and have processes and rules in place as a business. Your refund will be processed in any case and as quickly as possible. For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Thank you for your understanding.


WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR GOODS, PLEASE EXAMINE THEM

All items we send are examined to ensure they are 100% perfect before dispatch. However, you shall examine the goods immediately when they are delivered to you. Always keep the original plastic bag - with the barcode on it - for at least 30 days. 


REPLACEMENTS

If an item does not fit, you can send it back to us, free of charge as we offer free returns. Should you wish a replacement product to be sent to you, we will kindly ask you to reorder another size from our listing for stock management reasons. The item that did not fit will then be refunded in full when we receive it (provided it is in a resalable condition, please see below under the 'Refund conditions' section). Thank you for your understanding.


FREE RETURNS SERVICE: HOW IT WORKS (in case of picking errors, damage in transit or faulty items)

If the items we sent you are faulty, incorrect or damaged, our free returns service still applies and we will be happy to refund/exchange your item - including extra delivery options you paid - as long as you contact us within 30 days of the date of dispatch. 

In this case, please kindly note we will only refund postage up to the value of the original postage charged.


WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM/SEVERAL ITEMS ARE MISSING?

In the case you placed an order for several products and that an item is missing, please kindly let us know about it via email within 30 days of the date of dispatch and we will send you your item(s)/issue you a refund - if no longer in stock - as soon as we hear from you and after we have contacted the carrier if we judge it necessary. 


REFUND CONDITIONS

When you return a parcel to us, please pack it securely as we do not take liability in the event of damage or loss. The sender is responsible for ensuring we receive the parcel therefore we advise that you ensure your parcel and that it is covered for the value of its contents. It will be impossible for us to refund you if we do not receive the item.

An email must be sent to us before sending back any goods (whether it is for a full refund, a replacement or in the rare occurrence a faulty item was sent to you). Our return address can be found on this page under the 'How do I return an item?' section.

All items are to be returned in their original condition with all tags attached (if applicable). All returned items received which are not in their original condition will be returned back to you. All returns should be in pristine, re-salable condition for a refund to be granted. Unfortunately, we do not 'rent' garnments. If there is any smell of perfume, any stain(s) or any simple doubts that the item has been worn/used for a night out for example, you will not be refunded. This may sound strict, but we have to be strict to maintain our competitive prices for our honest customers. We would strongly advise you not to wear any strong perfume before trying on any product. Thank you very much for your understanding. 

If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty 30 days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation. For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please kindly note refunds will be made back to the original payment used only. If you live overseas and in the case we have sent you a wrong item, we will only pay for an economy return.
